Custom software and automation for Auckland businesses.

You've got a process that's costing you a day a week. We build the custom apps and automations that take the repetitive jobs off your plate — so the work that used to need a person babysitting it just happens.

What we build.

Who it's for.

Businesses with a spreadsheet that's grown teeth, or a Tuesday afternoon they'd like back. If there's a job someone on your team does every week that's really just copying, pasting, chasing or formatting, that's usually the first thing worth automating.

You don't need a technical spec. You need to be able to describe the annoying part. We'll work out the rest.

How it works.

  1. A short conversation. Free, 30 minutes. You walk us through the process that's costing you time. We ask the questions that matter.
  2. An estimate before we start. We tell you what we reckon it'll cost so there are no surprises, then bill the hours as we go.
  3. We build it in the open. You see progress as it happens, not just at the end, so we can course-correct early if something needs to change.
  4. It goes to work. The tool does the boring part, and we're here if it needs adjusting as your business changes.

What it costs.

Priced per project, with an estimate before we start.

We tell you what we reckon it'll cost up front, then bill the hours as we go. If the scope changes, you hear about it from us before the invoice does.

Common questions.

How much does custom software cost in Auckland?

We give you an estimate before we start, so you know roughly what you're in for. We bill the hours as we go, and we'll flag it early if something looks like it'll run longer than expected.

What kind of work can you automate?

Repetitive jobs that eat time — re-keying data between systems, generating the same documents over and over, chasing the same emails, pulling reports by hand. If it's a process you can describe, it can usually be automated in part or whole.

Do you use AI in the software you build?

Where it earns its place — drafting, sorting, summarising — and we leave it out where it doesn't. We're not interested in bolting AI onto something just to say it's there.

Will I be locked in to you?

No. The code is yours, the accounts are in your name, and we document what we build. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can.

I've only got a rough idea. Is that enough to start?

Yes. A spreadsheet that's grown teeth or a Tuesday afternoon you'd like back is plenty to start from. We'll talk it through and tell you what's worth building and what isn't.

Need something else?

We also build websites and look after software you already have.
